My name is Shannon, and my home is in Colorado. I liked art throughout my life, and I knew I was artistic before, but I inspired myself to think of more original art.
I began making scrapbooks and collages, for it express my thoughts more clearly. I use photos, magazine images, paints and things I find outdoors.

I was in Michigan doing therapy, and I talked to a person who her home is in Colorado, too. We are still friends and she told me I should turn my hobby into an art career. When I first started, I spent a lot of time cutting the card stock until I found out that I could buy card stock with creased edges already. I was so happy that I didn't need to cut ever again.
I was selling my cards door-to-door. I liked that, knowing we never met before, and they like my art. I didn't have my website yet, but some people asked me if I do. Shortly after they asked, I started to design a website.
The "law" says, "Two hands are better than one," but my artwork is doing well with one.
